TELESCOPIC ROAD BLOCKER SYSTEM

Telescopic Road Blocker Systems are products designed to prevent unwanted vehicles from entering. Such products require an infrastructure preparation that requires deep excavation. Road blocker is made to protect the safe area, but telescopic road blocker is applied in areas where the infrastructure does not allow. In the normal Road blocker, the ground needs to be dug 1 m down, but in the telescopic system, there is no need to do that much digging. It is applied with less ground excavation with the system that enters and exits by folding.

The working type is hydraulic.

There are also 2-3-4-5-6 m series.

Ground clearance is available in dimensions such as 50-60-70-80 cm.

It reaches the required height by gradually opening in the form of a fan.

The signal receiver is standard in the system. You can use it with a remote control.

You can use it safely with two sets of safety photocells. It can optionally be used with a Loop Vehicle Detector.

40 cm excavation depth is sufficient for assembly. It is an ideal product for places with insufficient excavation depth.

The control cabinet is fed with 380V three-phase energy.

TELESCOPIC ROAD BLOCKER SYSTEM INSTALLATION

The Ground Telescopic Road Blocker System is excavated at a depth of 40 cm according to its size and in the relevant quantity. The excavation width is 160 cm. A flat ground is created by placing 10 cm of concrete on the scale of the excavation ground. After the drying process is finished, the product is placed on the concrete floor and fixed to the floor with studs. The hydraulic hoses are pulled into the Control unit. After the connections are made, the exposed excavation areas are filled with concrete. After the hydraulic hose connections, 380V energy connections, button connections and safety photocell connections of the control unit are made, the system is commissioned.
